No exchange/return unless there is damage to the product and it should be reported within 24hrs after it’s received. We will not accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons like quality, color variations, Size not correct etc. Everybody has a different perception about quality. You can always reach us and clarify all your doubts before placing an order.
We would send only what you have ordered!
For products that are eligible for return, you need to return within 2 days of receiving the product and share the shipment details. If 2 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You need to send us a return request email at email@example.com
We accept returns in the following cases (accepted only with parcel opening video proof):
1. Items received by you are damaged or defective.
2. Item received by you is in a completely different color(Red in place of blue like that) than shown in the picture. Colors may vary in real due to Monitor or mobile screen resolutions.
We don’t accept returns in the following cases.
1. Once fall & pico done or blouse stitched, the item is not eligible for refund.
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is used/washed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for the refund.
3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for the refund.
4. Zari Foldings and Thread pulls are not Considered as Damaged as it is very natural in Handloom products.
5. Quality, color variations, Size not correct cannot be considered.
We are open to returns that are on account of reasons other than those cited above but it would be at the discretion of Advaita Collections. However, we are very customer-friendly and would be happy to help you.
Advaita Collections team must receive and authorize your return request, then only you can ship the merchandise back to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made within a certain amount of days.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (accepted only with parcel opening video proof).
